Big ideas start small—let’s spark them early!
In April, 2025 EntrepreNovate Consulting Limited launched the KidsPreneur Bootcamp session 1, under the theme “Think like an entrepreneur”. What a joy it was to watch young Zambian children transform into problem-solvers, dreamers, and mini-entrepreneurs. While some came in unsure about entrepreneurship, all of them left confident and eager identify problems to turn into business ideas. They weren’t just learning business, they were learning problem solving, confidence and creativity. That’s why I believe entrepreneurship education must start early, like primary school early. Children are naturally curious and innovative. Why wait until university to teach them how to create value?
We are continuing the bootcamp this August and December and it’s just the beginning. Zambia needs job creators, not just job seekers.
Let’s start building them now.
